A premium sports nutrition brand. Scientific credibility. A loyal community. And a narrative that wasn't reaching the conversations that actually shaped purchase decisions.
High-performance athletes were no longer typing keywords into Google. They were asking LLMs complex, specific questions — and those conversations were happening in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity without the brand anywhere in the answers.
The problem wasn't credibility. The brand had that. The problem was language — the brand's narrative wasn't strategically structured in a way that AI models could read, evaluate, and trust. In the world of generative search, a brand either speaks the right language or it doesn't exist.
We started with the strategic narrative architecture — mapping exactly how the brand's authority, scientific credibility, and community voice needed to be expressed for LLMs to recognize and cite it. From that foundation, we built a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) content strategy: high-authority content clusters structured around the three credibility markers LLMs weight — Relevance, Authority, and Trust.
We then deployed an agentic workflow to produce and distribute this content at scale — ensuring the brand's narrative was consistently present across every relevant query category, at the depth and frequency that generative engines require to establish trust.
